- ILLiad
is Here! The new ILS request management system
is up and running, ready for testing. ILLiad replaces
our old ILS Request form with an entire suite of features
including order tracking, electronic delivery, and
request histories. Let the odyssey begin!

To coincide with the switch from paper to electronic
requests, the per week request maximum has been raised
from 15 to 20. See the ILS
FAQ for more details.

- Tips for Faster Service
Carefully search for your citation in the UT
Library Catalog. If you don't, it may be
a week before you discover that item you requested
via ILS was sitting on the shelf waiting for you all
along!
Submit
your request via the ILS
Request Form.
Make
sure your citations are as accurate as possible, including
authors, titles, and ISSN's or ISBN's when available.
Cut'n'paste
citations from your citation databases directly into
the ILS Request Form.
Try
the IRIS
Catalog or UnCover@UTK
for expedited services.
